ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
Shenyang Medical College is a full-time general college approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was the Shenyang Municipal Advanced Nursing and Maternity School founded in 1949, renamed Shenyang Medical College in 1978 , upgraded to an undergraduate college in 1987 , and moved to the new campus in 2001 .
The school covers an area of 488,000 square meters (equivalent to 732 acres), with a building area of 262,700 square meters, total assets of 1.46 billion yuan, and total equipment value of 220 million yuan. The library has a collection of 1.08 million paper books , more than 830,000 electronic books , 2,237 Chinese and foreign paper journals , and 19 electronic resource databases .
The university has 22 administrative institutions , 21 teaching institutions, 8 teaching support institutions , 5 directly affiliated hospitals , 15 non-directly affiliated hospitals , 36 teaching hospitals , 88 internship hospitals and practical teaching bases , and 1 directly affiliated health school .
The school currently has 24,091 students , including 10,836 undergraduates , 1,522 junior college students , 682 full-time graduate students , 657 international students, 1,502 students from the affiliated medical school , 435 graduate students of equivalent academic ability , and 8,457 continuing education students .
There are 4,517 faculty and medical staff , including 951 faculty members of the school, 278 teachers with doctoral degrees , and 58.4% of full-time teachers have doctoral degrees , ranking among the top universities of the same type in the province. There are 4 people with special government allowances from the State Council, 5 people with “Xingliao Talents” of Liaoning Province , 48 people with “Hundreds of Thousands of Talents Projects” of the province, 15 provincial teaching masters , 3 provincial outstanding scientific and technological workers , 4 Liaoning Provincial Distinguished Professors , and 8 Liaoning Provincial Outstanding Teachers . There are 5 doctoral supervisors and 281 master supervisors .

Scholarships are awarded annually to students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance. For MBBS students, the scholarship amount is 15,000 RMB per student each year. The top 20-25 students, determined by academic evaluation, will receive this award. Master’s students are eligible for a scholarship of 20,000 RMB per year, while PhD students will receive 25,000 RMB annually.

Must include name, passport number, expiration date, and photo. The passport must be an ordinary passport and valid for at least six months. Applicants residing in China must include a copy of the page with a valid visa or residence permit.

Issued by the local police station with an official stamp.

Complete all required items at a hospital, including personal information, photo, checkup date, doctor’s suggestions, and signature.

Entry Requirements
1. Eligibility: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens between the ages of 18 and 30, in good health, and have no criminal record.
2. Educational Background: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
