Application Documents
1. Passport photocopy (valid for at least six months).
2. Degree certificates (high school for undergraduate, bachelor’s for master’s, master’s for PhD) or pre-graduation certificate.
3. Academic transcripts (sealed by the institution).
4. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
5. Study and research plan (in Chinese or English).
6. Language proficiency certificates.
7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (not older than six months).
8. Proof of financial support (for non-scholarship applicants).
9. Non-Criminal Record Certificate (not older than six months).
10. Additional supporting documents (if any).
Undergraduate Admission Requirements
(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and valid foreign passport holders.
(2) Under the age of 25. Applicants must have graduated from high school (Those who provide pre-graduation corticate or student status certificate at application Must provide, the graduation certificate no later than registration).
(3) With proper moral conduct, in good health with no infectious disease or any physical or mental diseases that may affect the normal study
(4) Language Proficiency Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must have HsK certificate. Applicants whose compulsory courses were taught in Chinese during secondary education (junior and senior high school) can be exempt from submitting HSK certificate. There are no Chinese language proficiency requirements for the applicants of English taught programs. lf applicants’ native language is not English, they should provide score report English language test.
Postgraduate Admission Requirements:
(1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and valid foreign passport holders.
(2) Under the age of 35 for master’s degree programs and under the age of40 for doctoral degree programs (Age limit is flexible for heathy applicants with certain work experience and high academic ability). Applicant must be Bachelor’s degree holders (Those who provide pre-graduation certification student status certificate at application MUST provide Bachelor’s degree diploma no later than registration).
(3) With proper moral conduct, in good health with no infectious disease or any physical or mental diseases that may affect the normal study
(4) Language Proficiency
Applicants should meet with Language proficiency Requirements of master’s degree Programs at Ningbo University for international Applicants
