How to Apply Chinese VISA in Nepal

Documents Required

• Passport

  Valid passport and a copy of information page.

• Visa Application Form and Photo

  Application Form and Additional Application Form with a recently-taken color photo glued to.

• JW201 or JW202 Form

  Original and a copy of Foreign Student Visa Application JW201 Form issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Original and a copy of JW202 Form are required for the application of short-term study and further education which is less than six months.

• Original and copy of Admission Notice issued by the university or institute in China.
• Original and copy of foreigner’s physical examination record.
• Foreigners who want to apply for Chinese Medical Internship should provide the original and copy of Application Form for Medical Internship and Admission Notice for training in practice issued by the university in China.
• Personal written statement (covering letter with details as follows: place to visit, name, address and contact number of the inviting / contact institute or person).
• Other documents required by the Chinese Embassy.

Special Notes:

Visa application could be delivered to the Consular Section of the Embassy either by the applicant or the entrusted travel agencies. Visa application by mail is not accepted.

If necessary, the applicant may be required to take an interview.

To provide false information, use fake documents, or fail to fill the visa application form truly and completely may result in the refusal of the visa.

The holder of X visa is kindly reminded to go through the procedures for obtaining the residence permit for aliens at the local public security bureau within 30 days after entry to avoid illegal stay.
