How to Apply Chinese VISA in Afghanistan

Documents Required

• Passport and Photo

Applicants need to submit one recent passport size color photograph, a photocopy of the front, back and validity page of applicant’s passport. And the passport valid for at least six months and two blank visa pages is required.

• Visa Application Form

Applicants should fill in visa application form completely and truthfully. Applications will be declined if applicants provide fake information or application forms are not fully completed.

• Introduction Letter and Working Card

Foreigners (exclude the diplomats working in Afghanistan) in Afghanistan should have introduction letter and Working Card from Working Organization, valid Afghan visas, working permit from Afghan Ministry of Labor, reservation of Air ticket and hotel.

• The Embassy may request additional information and documents.

1. The items upon should not be considered an exhaustive list and presentation of these documents does not guarantee visa issuance.

2. The visa applications should be submitted in person. By courier or post will not be accepted.

Supporting Documents

• X1 Visa

Original and photocopy of the Admission Letter issued by a school or other entities in China.

Original and photocopy of “Visa Application for Study in China” (Form JW201 or Form JW202).

• X2 Visa

Original and photocopy of Admission Notice issued by a school or other entities in China.
