Non-Tanzanian citizens shall provide documents valid for at least 6 months that entitles them to
reside an extended period of time in Tanzania, such as the Resident Permit (together with their copies).
Temporary visitors to Tanzania should apply for a Chinese visa in their own resident country. For the special case, the visa officer has the rights to make the final decision on whether to issue a visa.

The applicant who get granted visa should pay his visa fee at the date of collection. The applicant who is not granted visa could directly get back his passport, with no need to pay.
